LIAS Slite140 is a compact gel documentation system with user-friendly features of easy operation and quick response. This imaging system consists of a scientific CCD camera, motor driven lens, 595nm filter, and UV/white light transilluminator. The chemfluorescence stains such as EtBr, Cy2, SYPRO Ruby, SYBR Green I/II, SYBR Gold, etc...excited by UV can easily be observed and be captured by Slite140.
Followed the design concept of a single, independent workstation with a PC embedded inside, LIAS Slite 140 does not require any extra desktop computer to operate the system on your benchtop. The 8” built-in touch screen LCD panel that LIAS Slite 140 possesses can directly handle the image data without any difficulty. Moreover, smart user interfaces and vivid icons LIAS Slite 140 carries can rapidly capture gel images with high accuracy.
